My insurance is not listed can my child still receive therapy at your practice?
Absolutely. The list above includes the major plans we’re currently in network with however some of the companies listed have additional products in which we would also be considered an in network provider. Please call our office to inquire about your specific insurance plan.
If we are not in network with your insurance most plans have out of network benefit coverage. We are more than happy to assist you in maximizing reimbursement for your plan’s therapy benefits and will bill your insurance as a courtesy.
Can services be paid for directly without insurance?
Yes. We have several payment options and discounted programs available to make therapy affordable so your child can get the services they need.
PPTS is a contracted agency with the Alexandria City and Arlington County Parent Infant Education (PIE) programs which offer early intervention supports and services to children birth to 3 years who are found eligible.
Through this program families can access therapy services based on a sliding fee schedule.
Eligibility is not based on income but rather determined by the degree of developmental delay, differences in development and/or diagnosed condition making access to services available to everyone.
For more information regarding these programs please visit the Infant and Toddler Connection of Virginia website at www.infantva.org or call (800) 234-1448.
